Harlan - 3 months!

Harlan is 3 months old, close to Sophia's age! I did a baby grid for them and some other fun shots...check them out!

3 months!

Okay here is the update on my baby girl...I know I can't help but photograph her constantly! I am really learning some key elements to photographing babies. They are tough but there are some things that make it easier. A few suggestions is to make sure the baby is well rested, just feed, and warm. For newborns a heater turned up or a radiator in the room is helpful. Babies can really only handle about 20 minutes of photographing so plan accordingly and maybe that leaves time for 2 outfits.

My Baby Girl!

Well I just had a baby girl, Sophia, on November 3rd! She is our little miracle! Of course she needed to be photographed right away and I was prepared with props. Newborn Photography is very challenging since you never know the mood of a newborn and they don't like to be naked in the first few weeks. So I will be doing weekly updates...but here is Ms. Sophia Berg at 5 days old!

Christina - Trash the Dress Session

Christina and I did a Trash the Wedding Dress Session up in the Montclair Hills area in Oakland. After her SF city wedding she wanted to have something that more rural as a backdrop, so what is more perfect than Montclair?! Being a Bay Area Wedding Photographer it is also fun to do these shoots since we have many scenic options in Bay. You can go rural, seedy city scenes, romantic beaches, dramatic coastal lines, and the mountains. Truly beautiful!
