All session fees include my time, talent and artistic creativity, editing and retouching, styling support for clothing and scouting of beautiful settings. I am an on location, natural-light photographer and I aim to find unique, outdoor locations and capture the heart of you and your family! My indoor studio work is done at my in-home studio in San Elijo Hills  and I do use studio lights or natural light for those sessions. I desire to create a photo shoot unique to your needs and I encourage inspiration from my clients to create personalized, meaningful works of art.

You will receive a number of high resolution, artistically edited and retouched image files emailed to you directly through Dropbox. Sessions do not include prints, but prints can be ordered using the high resolution images which are emailed to you…Mpix is the preferred vendors of choice. I recommend printing your images using a professional printing company only.

After your session I’ll post a few sneak peeks of your images on my Facebook fan page. If you are not on Facebook, please let me know, and I’ll make sure to blog those images for you instead. Sneak peeks can be really fun for the client (and the Artist) but please remember that they are offered as a courtesy to my clients. Which means, please do not crop, print, edit, save or change the image. You are welcome to use them as your Facebook profile picture as long as the image isn’t cropped and my watermark logo stays in tact. I love when clients share the images to their own page or share with others!

All sessions include a pre-session phone consultation with me to discuss your hopes, locale, attire, etc. and post session support with print and framing suggestions if needed. I will use my creative eye to pick the images which best capture the spirit and heart of the family and/or subject. All images from the session will not be available for viewing, only a limited number of final edited and retouched images.

Scheduling a session with me and paying your deposit confirms that the above information is completely understood and accepted. All sessions require a $100 non-refundable deposit, if the session is cancelled or rescheduled, the deposit can be applied towards a future session. If you need to cancel a session once it is booked, please do so as soon as possible to open that date for another client.

Please book early as I do fill up and only take a limited number of sessions per month since I am a Mama of two little ones first and foremost.

2014 Pricing Information
* Portrait sessions include 5 artistically-edited digital image files with reprint rights and will be digitally transferred to you via Dropbox no later than four weeks after your session date (weddings &; events do have a longer editing period).
2 5x7 archival prints
*Newborn Sessions Include 5 high resolution digital files.

Family/child/newborn portrait session {families up to five people, $30 per additional person} ~ $275
Maternity session  ~ $275 {discounted to $200 when booked with a newborn session}
Wedding Packages begin at $1,500, please contact me for details and pricing and to set up a consultation.

A travel fee applies to any session greater than 40 miles outside of area code 92078. Payment is accepted via cash, check or Paypal (Paypal address is amoreenaphotography@gmail.com and Paypal accepts all major credit cards).

Disclaimer ~ It is thoroughly understood by the client that digital images are not to be copied or distributed commercially in any way and are for personal use only. Any and all use of images for commercial use must be approved by photographer without exception. Amoreena Photography reserves copyright of all images.

Deposit for your session is due no later than seven days after booking & if the deposit is not received in this time frame, your session date will be removed from my calendar. Thank you for understanding. Payment in full is due at the time of your session. Gift certificates are available!
